Thank you so much for supporting The Boujee Nail Plug! Every nail set is handmade with care, time, and attention to detail to make sure you receive a beautiful, high-quality set you’ll love. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

• Please allow 7–12 business days for processing and shipping. Out-of-state and international orders may take a little longer depending on location and carrier delays.

• Tracking numbers will be sent within 2–4 business days after booking/order confirmation.

• To ensure the best fit possible, clients must provide accurate sizing information. If requested, please send a clear photo of your hand with a quarter beside it. Delays in sending sizing photos or order information may delay the completion and shipping of your set.

• Because all nail sets are custom-made and handmade, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been started or completed.

• The Boujee Nail Plug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. I’m always here to help but If any shipping issues occur, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

• Please be respectful and patient throughout the ordering process. Every set is carefully crafted to give you the best quality possible, and kindness is always appreciated on both ends. 💖
