Welcome to The Boujee Nail Plug! By placing an order, booking, or purchasing from this business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before ordering.

• All nail sets are handmade and custom-created with care and attention to detail. Slight variations may occur, making every set unique.

• Please allow 7–12 business days for processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

• Tracking numbers will be provided within 2–4 business days after booking/order confirmation.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing, shipping, and contact information. Incorrect information may result in delays or sizing issues that The Boujee Nail Plug is not responsible for.

• If requested, clients must send a clear sizing photo with a quarter beside their hand for accurate measurements. Delays in sending required information may delay order completion and shipping times.

• All sales are final due to the custom and sanitary nature of handmade press-on nails. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been started or shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, The Boujee Nail Plug is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, support and assistance will always be provided when possible.

• The Boujee Nail Plug shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, misuse of products, improper application/removal, or damages resulting from the use of products purchased. By purchasing, clients accept full responsibility for the use and care of all products.

• By placing an order, clients agree not to file unjustified disputes, chargebacks, claims, lawsuits, or legal actions against The Boujee Nail Plug for matters covered under these agreed terms and policies.

• Respectful communication is required at all times. Any rude, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation of services or refusal of future orders.

• By purchasing from The Boujee Nail Plug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
